Holà all Nokia fans out there :D The N8 will be officially launched between July and August this year so let's keep our fingers crossed for that ;) And about the price range it's going to go for...tam, tam, taa +-370 euros before tax which is not that bad for a phone this caliber :D
Adios amigos ;D

I must admit when i saw the price tag it was shocking but remember that if others(Samsung and LG Specially)didn't cut their prices on high or mid range market and or Corby's and coockie's and so... didn't offered the price of N8 definitely was 650 Euro or even higher.Nokia has no way but to offer it's high and mid range in affordable price.
and by the way Samsung released W880 and Pixon 12 Sep and Aug 2009 respectively, this is exactly what i was try to say:stay on strategy until competitors find a new one(strategy)and again wait to see whether market respond to it or not then if it was successful we will produce "our" same technology with a brand new name!that's the reason behind Nokia's late of catching up with new technologies.

If the N8 does everything the N82 does, plus multiple home screens, larger screen, HD, FM transmitter, video editor, it's already a much better device than the iPhone 4. I'm willing to put up with a (supposedly) slightly sluggish & less intuitive OS for the sake of 'what it can do' and a flash that works at night.
Folks have been exalting iPhones for years & it's only now getting multi-tasking and flashes. This reviewer is clearly biased in favor of the commercial. The N8 runs circles around almost every device

Hi guys,
How come we come to a conclusion without any proof. Let's test an offical model and give our feedbacks.
headlines like "Shown no Love" is simply not fair without having any proof on the same.

Great phone. Too bad it comes with Symbian. Now had this been an Android device....it'd be a different story.

as it seems, most of readers have forgotten nokia's announcment about Not using symbian on high end phones and instead they are going to use MEEGO on their high end products.if you have seen Intells video on GSMARENA about announcing MEEGO and how it works on Laptops,Phones and Tv's then you should understand that N8 might be a midrange with a good camera phone and we shoulde see something more powerfull in terms of OS and Processing power from Nokia after this phone.only expect something like Satio from this phone and also i dont think Symbian3 has been installed on N8 'cause it dosen't look like the video conference of Nokia about Symbian3 and 4.

When i look at every aspect Design, performance and specially UI,i see every other brand has at least 1 that can match this phone."AND YES IT'S A FLAGSHIP PHONE AND MUST SHOW SOME NEW AND INNOVATIVE FEATURES TO IMPRESS POTENTIAL CURRENT AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS".
just for sake of comparison look at Nokia's ASP(Average Sale Price)and then for example Samsung, and if you do that by now you probably realized how big the gap is and where the Nokia's profit is:yes Mid and to be exact low end handsets, those with 29.99$ or even 12.99$ price tag,so it seems every major mobile maker with affordable price and interesting design(where Nokia is lag far behind others)and localized marketing can grab a slice from heart of Nokia and destroy Big N's last dungeon.
with above explanation i can't see any bright future for this "ME TOO" Phone and entire future products.

Threaded SMS can enabled even on my 5800 with a simple app,
Opera mobile works perfectly and you have skyfire for flash pages.
