always unrealistic pricing from Samsung. At 33k their flagship S6 is available. A7 vs S6. at 29k A8 is available which still a very good phone. A5 should not be more than 22k since much better phone such as OP2 available in market.

The Indian version of the A5 & A7 will incorporate Samsungs vastly superior Exynos 7580 chipset... not that NOT that overheating pile of junk Snapdragon 615
And bear in mind that the Exynos 7580 is fabricated off a 20nm die ..... NOT 28nm like SD 615

At least they should have packed SD 810 or 808 ... The rest of the spec are still alright but that chipset is available in 13k to 23k phones

Apple is selling its iPhone 5S around 25,000 INR, Google is selling its Nexus 5X at 20,000 INR and many other manufacturers are selling their flagships below 40,000 INR. These all devices are having better specs than A5 and A7. Indian buyers are not fool.

For the lagging part I have to say that my 11 month A3 has a great performance (one tip, I have no SD inside) and I don't understand how "lags" the new A with better hardware!

The chip is always heart of a phone.In the initial stages itself the A7 is lagging. It's slower comparatively. The more noticeable difference you will start noticing after few months of use. at this point of stage, S6 still is a future phone as compared to A7 its life will be more.

The 615 is better suited to 720p phones due to its single channel memory and limited bandwidth.
With Samsung's bloat on top, this phone will struggle...

Well typical Samsung pricing. But people still buy it because it has a brand value. As for me, I will rather buy a oneplus x or nexus 5x. And remember this midrange will never be updated past marshmallow.

At this point price..this phone is not even for masses and not even for classes. I could understand your pricing strategies for your flagships phone...but now the same trend you have started for the mid range phones too? If this is your price for mid range phones...than i guess your upcoming flagships phones are gonna sky rocket with price tags of above 70k
