[deleted post]Wow, your nokia device can play a movie in the background and would let you do other things. Usually, people would pause their movie when they need to do other things so they won't miss any part of the movie, but I guess nokia users just want their movie to keep on playing while they read their emails. Nice one. Well, who cares about the story of the movie, the most important thing is, it runs in the background :)

Want me to name major movies and celebrities that endorsed Nokia products? But I guess it's ok when it's Nokia but not if it's Apple right?
Apple paying people to fall in line? That's just a dumb thing to say. The ipad sold more than a million in leass than a month. Of course there will be lines at the Apple store.
As for that movie Never Back Down. When a company wants to advertise their product in a movie, it has to show its name or at least logo. That one did not. So who knows? Maybe that extra just so happened to have a jailbroken iphone and used it in the set. It didn't show Apple's name or logo so it can't really be advertising.

ENOUGH ! Lets just conclude this long debate that has been going for days now we all know every phone has its own faults and there is no perfect phone out there. If you have iphone and like it stay with it ,if you like android stick with it,if you are loyal to symbian just use it then ! Don't come in here and start making some noise telling us how great your os is or phone is. You are all grown ups stop acting like a bunch of annoying kids. Everyone has its own taste and by the look of the way the technology and the phone market is growing every manufacture will produce good and stable devices so you are free to choose your own brand according to your daily uses.

Apple wanted a category of their own. Turned out that the iphone became so successful that it became a big player and trendsetter in the mobile industry in just a matter of one year. And that shook the whole mobile industry to a new direction, away from buttons. Meego is way too ambitious. With nokia's type of market, it will not take off. It would just be another iphone wannabe just like the n97, n900, n8, 5800, etc. And meego does not have a track record. So please save yourself the embarassment and stop the high expectations. You guys had that same hig expectations with the n97 and your n900, and it didn't take nokia anywhere near the success of the iphone :)

Nokia is pissed because they're losing their status over to apple, rim and android :) Bada might even take over maemo. Nokia hates Apple, because Apple blew their bubble and is responsible in starting the touchscreen trend. Touchscreen trend that nokia falls behind in technology. Apple's mac has been used for communications years before the iphone came out. Why didn't nokia sue them then? It's because nokia has nothing to do with Apple's technology. That same Apple technology that's extended to the iphone :) So that is why, Nokia will just humiliate themselves when they lose to Apple.

Android surpassed the iphone due to promotions. That is not Apple's style. Apple is not that desperate. But yes, android totally wins over nokia :). Android and Apple are the main competitors, while nokia is left behind in the dust :) Actually, android might be nokia's only savior in getting back on track. It's about time nokia becomes one of googles followers :)

Which is the high end OS
Since it will be in cars,gps,tvs,netbooks and mobile devices so it really looks like OSx can't even touch maemo/meego at all
