Yes Samsung stole. Yes there should be a high punishment. Four months not working for Samsung does not seem like much. It could be that the amount of stealing was very low and inconsequential thus the low punishment. I do not know. I am providing an alternative possibility.

Why does this matter if TSMC is first to 10nm? Not saying it's true, but both of TSMC and Samsung is pretty close to each other in process, no one is leading by any margin.

I call this bull, Samsung is the only supplier that produces silicone wafers with the smallest nm scale and samsung chips power 70% of iphone 6s and 6s plus none of which complained about heating or problems so this has to do with the apple vs samsung saga and nothing else
