If this true i will buy it brcause it's look so sexy and elegant......i hope m10 have a bigger battery and great battery life,great camera,sd card slot,space grey color,great software and great speaker even it's mono speaker.......if m10 have these they will win the crown year 2016....

No more front speakers but the phone is still very tall. Not really worth the ommission of such a nice hardware feature.

Bye Bye HTC, it was fun for a while, the One S One X and the OneM7 where all great phones and competed in the marketplace, this looks like a step backwards in an already crowded and competitive market.

Most people - the vast majority of smartphone users - don't care about stereo speakers. However, the vast majority do want a fingerprint sensor. The market has proven that out.
It's not about being different for the sake of being different. It's about selling phones and surviving (and preferably thriving) as a company.

I have the M7 and love it, best phone I've ever had...But now this. Why get rid of the dual stereo speakers?? That was a huge selling point. Very disappointing. Just trying to understand why a company would want their flagship phone following in the footsteps of their over priced midrange phone. Just doesn't make sense. They've just made their phone just like everyone else's and even added the silly fingerprint sensor/home button. Disappointing.

only iphone looks great with the finger print embeded on the home button. others are trying to look good but they look like a chicken having a tail. except for sony.

Of course is always a matter of personal preferences but I think I like the design showed in this render. I would like the front bezels also made of metal to have a little bit more "HTC One" design language on it. The main problem with previous designs (or at least the ones with more complains) was the poor body to screen ratio that now seems to have improved. Besides that HTC MUST do one of the following: 1. Reduce the price or 2. Add hardware or software features to differentiate (to the better) from their competition.

Damn a lame year for smartphones again, so the Samsung Galaxy S7 , iphone 7, Htc one M10 will have same/similar designs :/

Very nice render design, but don't think if for me. reasons are
1. no front facing speakers
2. hate front end finger print scanner
3. Not sure it will be coming as a due sim.
