Looks great, but the main question is the battery life. Everything doesn't make any sense if you are limited with battery capacity.

Is it me or are all phones starting to look the same?
Only distinguishing feature soon will be the logo!

I have to admit, I didn't like the design at first, but it's growing on me. While I would miss how distinct the BoomSound speakers were, I honestly didn't use it all that much on my M8. I'll reserve judgement until I see actual photos, but I'm liking the clean, simple design. I sure hope HTC is using the bottom space for capacitive buttons next to the fingerprint scanner though. Would be a waste of space since it's already down there anyway.
Also, I'm not a fan of the curved glass edges. I know that's the way the industry is going, but makes it harder to cleanly put a tempered glass screen protector on there (like it is on the M8 and M9).

There is a long way until in April. At the beginning of the month we will know exactly which is the final configuration of HTC 10.

IMO the A9 was a gorgeous, but overpriced device with a quite small battery.
This render shows that the M10 (if real) is going to be gorgeous. I hope that its camera will be amazing, because the design already is...IMO. But just like it mentioned by everyone else over here, and elsewhere, the front facing speakers are a big loss for this phone.
People hated HTC for having the same, similar design for 2 years. I had no problem with that just like i had no problem with iPhones, Similar Motorola designs and the new S7 that is about to come out. HTC needs to get back in the game

Doesn't look too bad. But the ugly thing is the front facing speakers are now gone.

:-( a sad day - gone are the two features I loved about the M series - the curved back and the front facing boomsound speakers. I won't be lining up to get this

To be fair, all I ever cared about were the speakers, and HTC removed that from their repertoire, so it seems I'm gonna have to find something else. I may as well, since this phone looks like some kind of iPhone gimmicky thing on the sides, like that A9. I miss the days of the One M7. Actually, I might buy that xD

I weep for HTC. By getting rid of stereo speakers, they lose their most distinguishing factor and will become lost in the herd of Samsung and iPhone ripoffs.
I have only ever owned HTC phones, but they have nothing that appeals to me now so I need to look elsewhere. The Lenovo Vibe X3 looks good, has stereo speakers and a fingerprint reader, but it's too big to fit in my pocket. Gotta keep looking...

Not bad HTC and great color. I am liking the small side bezels and the removal of the horrendously huge upper and bottom bezels with the HTC logo. I just hope they up the camera quality and keep the dual speakers (they still could convert the upper speaker and use that for phone calls and a louder output speaker with the other one on the bottom - still not as good as the dual front speakers though). Definitely a contender for my next phone.

AJ_74, 11 Feb 2016You're making the classic mistake of projecting what you li... moreWell the majority of smartphone users don't know which phone they even own.
What the majority likes isn't the best example to determine if something is good or bad. I for one care a lot about stereo speakers and loudness. I had a Sony Ericsson W995 (the king of music) and I won't pay 600e or 700e to downgrade. I'm a multimedia user and I want the best, especially in music.
Ha, majority of smartphone users.. The majority of smartphone users only use them all day long for facebook and selfies.. they are that stupid.
