Seems clear to me that Samsung is dumbing down the Galaxy Tab Sx line to slide something on top. Maybe a whole line of Galaxy TabPro S. Then I wonder if they would stick to Wintel for that line or revert to Armdroid.

The E5433 was a high end chip a year and a half ago when it debuted with the Note 4 in the fall of 2014, whereas the SD652 is upper midrange now. Also, the E5433 had a 4 1.9GHz cortex A57 cores and 4 1.3Ghz cortez A53 cores, whereas the SD652 is 4 1.8 GHz Cortex A72 and 4x ARM Cortex A53.
So yeah, the SD652 isn't the highest end chip out there now, but because of the updated cortex design (A72 over A57), it's still a better chip, and comes surprisingly close to the performance of the SD810 (http://www.phonearena.com/news/Newly-unveiled-Samsung-Galaxy-A9-scores-73592-on-AnTuTu_id76948). So I think it's probably still an upgrade, not to mention the updated software it will get, even if it's not as much of an upgrade as it could have been.

While everyone want to brag about resolution (tablet/phone world) samsung made FHD+ for top-line tablet when QHD/QHD+ are there years, and even in comparison with tablets small phones screen got QHD/4k. Are they trying to create hi-end-priced model with mid-range specs? funny.

I'd rather buy an Asus tablet since it's closer to stock Android compared to Samsuck's Lagwiz. My brother's Samsung tablet runs way slower than my Asus tablet even if they have the same specs.

They stopped selling Tab S quickly cause they have lower margins on it since it has superb specs. They instead sell Tab S2 and Tab S3 downgrades for the same price as the original Tab S. The only thing that improved is design.

They dun wanna cut the price of their tablets, so they come out with a new one with barely any improvements, call it Tab 3 and maintain the same price just cos it's a "new" model.

There's nothing you can find on iOS that you can't find on iOS except good music apps maybe. Instead you can find apps that you can't find on iOS like emulators.
BTW Tab S3, like Tab S2, sounds like garbage. Tab S1 remains the best Samsung tablet to date: Non-retarted aspect ratio, higher PPI, bigger battery...
