So we should care about rumors of the note 6 while it's still months away and the s7 isnt even official yet ? this is just some ridiculous news

Anonymous, 16 Feb 2016Still trying to defeat the lag?what lag ? i havent had any lags on my s4, note2, alpha or note 5. s6 was horrible tho, but that was also a flop phone from samsung.

AnonD-120291, 16 Feb 2016its like this mate, a new model comes out and for the major... moreExactly. My note 3 which I gave to my brother is a little slow at times and the ram isn't perfect, but my note 5 has no ram issues at all. I can have so many games and other apps in memory which I bounce back and forth with.

Going up to 6gb of RAM is like LG with their gimmicky second screen, a sign that OEM's can't think of anything that adds real differentiating value, as if there is no more innovation possible on smartphones. I can't imagine needing more than 3gb of RAM myself.

is this only what these manufacturers can do? only increase and increase and increase the ram and upgrade the processor? without something innovative?

Anonymous, 16 Feb 2016My 6S plus only had 2gb ram and it literally can't be made ... moreiPhone 6s can not do proper multitasking. It's just a mid range phone designed for shop keepers. Don't believe it? It will display the true reason when you set your iPhone date to Jan 01,1970 and reboot, see what says.

Anonymous, 16 Feb 2016I think so u have not tried the new touchwiz of samsung it ... moreOk I think maybe you're right it runs smooth but what about the performance in apps and games for example like lags or multitasking. A lot of people who owns especially a galaxy phone flashes a custom Rom to get more out of it. So maybe it's smooth but it's not good it will fill up your ram I have seen it on s6, s6 edge and note 4.and more ram won't be the right choice to fix it. We will see a very high price at this point.

its like this mate, a new model comes out and for the majority of buyers bigger equals better, its only the minority of us buyers that look beyond the numbers, 4gb is the perfect amount of ram for a flagship samsung device, i used the note 3 and it used to often get a little maxed out sometimes, but with the note 5 this has never been the case 4gb is great 6gb is overkill, however samsung have always put the biggest and best componants into their devices and at least in this way their cost is often justified, latest cameras, latest screens, storage, ram, etc. numbers will always sell devices

chaser, 16 Feb 2016you're goddamn right!a bit of lag is better than app-less, feature-less o.s, lol, win10 not released yet. keep waiting!

The 6 gb ram on the note 6 is quite possible from my point. And for a business point of view, it is only logical to have 6 gb of ram. The galaxy s7 alreafy have 4 gb of ram. So do you expect their true flagship device will have the same as that?

The 2048 presure levels are for Note5's pen. So maybe the 1024 for the Note6 is just for the screen itself. You know, pressure sensitive.
