Everyone's so obsessed about this phone but they're indeed only shipped to India. I've tried ordering with test data. However, I entered real zip code but in my country all of them consist of five digits whilst the page requires 6 exactly (http://www.indiapost.gov.in/Pincode.aspx) so it was impossible to order.

The madness and the price tag swept me over !!!
though I'm specification conscious..... and Yes man this configuration delivers on specs at least on papers......
Affordability ..............no questions
Delivery ......? Highly questionable ( remember Akash Tablet from ubislate)
was awake from 5:30 am ....just as me there were lacs of people doing the same !!!
was fully aware about the fast finger round ( though it was no as flash sale)
the site crashed at 5:28 am .....kept on refreshing every 3 seconds and was able to click on buy now option......filled all the info and ordered 3 phones.... clicked on order now and there was no option....... though it might just be registration only.....spent 2 hours just to get to the home page and got a chance to book 3 phones......but then again after " order now" option the site crashed....happened many times until today where i actually booked it with confirmation .......the only difference now is that you get only 1 phone per email ....fair enough .......
just wanted to highlight the shortcomings:
1) it was priced Rs 251 for the economically weaker section of the society and empowering the poor....how on earth " THEY" could log on to a computer and order with an valid email address........did they assume that they knew English and have a computer/ tab/ smartphone to order one .....
2) it was supposed to be for farmers / fishermen and like wise ......and not who have have tractors or motorized fishing boats...
......
request to my fellow brethren to get 1 phone and give to someone whom you know as a good will ...they would be more than happy to pay the price for that........
