Let the smartwatches have their hay days because it is short lived. Swiss watches may not be selling enough but alteast their value doesnt depreciate unlike smartwatches

          I think this is just propaganda or marketing trick! It's trick to convince people to start buying these smartwatches. I have pricey watch and I don't wear it often but if I would buy new one I would buy good mechanical watch and not these smartwatches that are just useless and stupid for any normal person. Mechanical watch is just something I value more than smartwatches.

                Andra, 19 Feb 2016Swiss watches are lasts a long, but smart watches are not.That are correct sir. You could hand your Swiss Watch to your son who in turn could do the same, and so the story goes. I wouldn't be able to give my son my smartwatch, because by the time he's old enough to use it, the smartwatch would be long obsolete. But there are this thing called upgrading. Every 2 years are a decent time between upgrades I think. One things for sure though, and that are that there are no stopping it now. A little over decade ago not everyone had a smartphone either. And look at where we is today! Are you believing it!? lol :p haha
