Just as expected Google announced the latest version of the Android OS at their I/O event. Android 2.2 Froyo has hardly been the industry best-kept secret so you probably already had an idea of what was coming...

How many versions of android are there and when will google make up their mind and just make two versions one for touch and one for non touch it's getting out of hand now since not alle the android powered handsets can't use the same version since hardware comes in to play
