This phone looks gorgeous!! LG introduced great things in this MWC... And LG G5 offer many more new features.

Removable battery is not about changing extra batteries several times, it's about consumers' right to check the battery themselves once a while.

boring exhibition, and cheezy presentation. They didn't even bother to mention one of the most important thing, which is the camera, aside from the cam plus add on and the wide angle lens. I hope the S7 will do better than this. I can't imagine people bought this thing.

regs, 21 Feb 2016What's wrong with 2016? Nothing changed in a past 10 years.... moreMiniaturization happened in the mean time. Smaller components mean more space for the battery. G2 has a 3000 mAh, G3 had a 3000, G4 a 3000 and G5 a 2800 ? Something is wrong with LG.
Hopefully some kind of back case with a huge battery will be released, since the slot technology allows multiple batteries (like the Cam Plus battery).

I hate the 2800 mAh battery in 2016. The rest of the phone looks pretty good and has nice features, but I need good battery life without the pain in the a** regarding carrying spares and chargin them.
I do (really) like the screen size, though. I couldn't stand their obsession with phablet sizes. Smaller screen size alone will bring them a lot of sales compared to G3 and G4.
