It's funny when people keep on saying symbian is way behind. It comes from people who doesn't know how to use it and from people who uses other OS. If you ask them in what area it is way behind they'll be struggling for words and usually comes up with customization and eye candy. You idiots don't know how to use symbian, you don't even know how to get certificate and sign applications and you haven't heard spb mobile shell. I can put 15 shortcuts/widgets in each of the 5 homescreen pages in my symbian s60v3. Every software becomes old eventually that's why every manufacturer updates it. So did nokia with symbian^3 and then symbian^4 and so on. It's like saying playstation 1 is way behind nintendo wii while ps3 is available. Just because you don't know how to fully utilize it's potential doesn't make it a bad OS. It's developing. I like this open source symbian. And with USB OTG the possibilities are limitless. I can't imagine what the ifans will say had USB OTG been available in the iphone.

Every phone has its advantages and disadvantage, why can't you like different features from different manufacturers?

[deleted post]In my opinion, any videos that show which NEW MODEL works, using is juz showing before it released into market.
I means any model before they released..they must let people know how the device for use.
Important thing is the device in the video is a device not yet to released, just a primary device,is for first attempt.
I think it will works great when release on market.

Can you guys tell me why Symbian^3 is behind? What can the iPhone OS, Android or Windows Phone 7 do that Symbian can't? Better question would be, what can Symbian^3 do that iPhone OS, Android or Windows Phone 7 can't?
P.S. It's a BETA, meaning it will have bugs. Every phone/OS goes through this.
