You need people to buy Samsung products so that Samsung can continue to Innovate with new technologies.
As for the trolls that continually use Samsung support as an Argumentative point.
FAIL.
Yes, Samsung hasn't been the best with supporting the Behold 2 perfectly.
But the Omnia HD has continously been improved with Firmware.
the Galaxy will be updated with Google new OS modifications, after Froyo.
Secondly, Samsung is investing more money into Software development, under the directive or mandate from Lee Kun Hee. So that Samsung will be aware of Software developmental Problems.
The strengths of Samsung can never be over-toppled for at least a hundred years.
Since Samsung is the leader in Flash Memory, Becoming a dangerous threat with ARM licenced chips CPU, Display technology, mobile technology. If samsung wanted to compete with Apple with Software, they would. Fortunately Lee Kun Hee will spend Billions of dollars in hiring the best software developers in the world.
That is why Samsung needs to be supported, because they actually are the wizards beheind the curtains. Starve Samsung of money, starve innovation.
As for calling me a Apple Nokia Troll, That's kind of funny since I never criticized Apple or Nokia here on GSM. And quite funny because this thread is about Samsung.

Its like iphone but it will be better than that prob. But still it can't beat some of the Nokia's performance and there can be limitations in some necessary usability of a phone. But Nokia touchscreen phones are not smooth(feeling) as this phone.

all the people whining about the galaxy and behold 2 - what other company has released an updated for 2.1 except for cdma phones? none
not a single one of the early phones have 2.1 - this includes htc magic- dream- samsung galaxy- behold 2 - motorola dext and backflip...

I won't buy Galaxy S because of lousy Samsung support with OS updates. I and many others own original Galaxy (first) and it still officially running Android 1.5.

I just saw and test this phone, it is an awesome and nice phone. Feels light, plastic but not cheap. The screen is gorgeously bright and sharp with a 4 inch size and running on Android 2.1 with live wallpaper. Swipe keyboard is pre-installed and there is handwriting and Samsung customisation of Android UI. Overall, I recommend it to those interested.

And vodofone is keeping quiet - whenever I call or chat with them, they tell me that they nothing about release date (yea right:)) and tell me to register for updates, and they will let me know as soon as they know:) ech.. But im hoping that in a weeks time they will start selling these brilliant phones

Same old grey plastic butt-ugly design from Samsung. I swear to god. Samsung is for geeks who ain't got not at least a bit of taste. Seriously. Just look at that design of this thing and such a childish budget-phone touchwizz. It's kinda disgusting. Not to mention the iPhone-wanna be UI. I seriously don't wanna be caught dead with this thing.

Just one thought: what will happen to those who pre-paid 650 euros during the preorder? Refund? Just guessing. Anyway, nicely specced phone. I currently run a WinMo phone and when it's time to change, either WinMo or Android will be my OS of choice. I prefer a good OS with a wide software base and excellent hardware over just a phone with a lot of MP or other overhyped stuff.
