i was telling them android is not good for se. x10 android 1.6, an unannounce phone with 2.2 may the se boss do not like froyo taste but prefer donut. so what about gingerbread taste?

I love SE but i can guarantee that this will come along to late and will be outdated. By the time this tablet/phone even gets officially announced gingerbread will already be out and by the time its released there will probably be an android 4.0. I hope that SE surprise us all and have it released before the end of the year with froyo.

People and reporting sites tend to jump the gun. SE are yet to even announce this phone and Gsmarena have already made up their mind that it will not receive software upgrades.
On the other site it was stated that SE are yet to announce any info on the upgrade to Froyo and that was coming from the very source(s) who 'leaked' the info/photo and who may not have all the info.
Poor reporting from Gsmarena.

Ok its just rumoured but if everything turns out to be true.. Then NO plans to upgrade to Froyo makes NO SENSE.

Even tho everyone is after tablets but not everyone can do it like Sony Ericsson can do. And FFS stop bringing that iToy to every tablet. Tablets were in demand but hardware is not there that is why tablets were fail before. Now as the processors are getting better and competable OS is there to operate them, they are surfacing.
If those of you who thinks that Apple did it first, try www.UMPCPortal.com or search for UMPC or MID for a change and see from how long these type of much better systems are around us.
I was hoping to see something like this from SE and here it is. I really wish there is some other OS than Andriod to operate, something like light Windows 7 but so far so good.
I specially love how they did the keyboard, it is like looking or reading something exactly how I want this thing to be. A couple of things are missed but can't say since it is just over view.

When other competitors will upgrade their phones and tablet with Android 3.0 then Sony Ericsson will release this tablet/phone with 2.1 . When others will going to upgrade their tablets with Android 4.0 in some weeks then Sony Ericsson will announce that they will upgrade this tablet/phone with Android 3.0 in 3-4 months. But in reality it will recieve upgrade in some more months, when users of other brand will enjoy Android 4.2 than time. But still some brainless SE fans will cry on other Phone forum that they are getting life time support and keep trolling on Other brand's forum.

As much as I think Sony Ericsson is awesome I still think it's pathetic how everyone's making a tablet only after Apple's success. Just like how everyone made touchphones as standards only after iPhone's success. APple is an awesome company and really knows how revolution. So you APple haters needs to STFU!

Me first for a change...and here all the competitor products come thick and fast after the ipad
