What about prices huh? HTC also has a history of overpricing. The only thing good about them was their speakers. Now that too is gone. Maybe a partnership with Xiaomi is needed :)

Nexus 9? Superb performance? When did this happen? It has been a stuttery, low-memory mess since its release... Updates have only made it slightly better.

Wouldnt want to buy htc not because it is dying but it is not my taste...
Seems like it would be a good deal for google. Since company has financial issues... So google will get the most profit out of HTC.
