The 650 is a hexa core, and like the 652 (octa-core) its too expensive to be used in a RMB 799 phone.

If got 3gb ram/32gb rom and 1080p display with sd650 processor. This redmi3 pro will kill off their own brand mi4i, mi4c and mi4s. I will too preferred the redmi3 over the large redmi note cause it's comfortably hold by single hand.

wow, finally a finger scanner on budget phone.
if only they upgrade spec into 3GB ram, sd650 and proper microSD slot it'll be a real beast. yes, i know regular redmi 3 already have REALLY good spec on paper for it's price. But hey, we can always at least, dreaming.
