Virus, 06 Jun 2010i hope it has 3.2"-3.5" AMOLED display. These dimensions are obviously something you aspire to but amoled wont feature on this model as it does not on the full X10

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2010I don't think the world needs yet another x10 variant SE se... moreQuite agree a pointless addition when they would be better employed updating the X10 which will sonn feature on an antiques programme for it's OS

Anonymous, 06 Jun 2010We know x10 use android 1.6 and the result are really poor.... moreUhm... Like, honestly. I'd rather have a slick classy UI rather than some basic Android UI. It kinda gives you that unique feeling. :)

if this one is the M size of x10, and packed with qwerty keyboard then this phone is build for me, hehe... But SE really need to speed up with their development on android, the other companies have already packed their new phone with the latest android in the market...

We know x10 use android 1.6 and the result are really poor. we also know that sony client service do not care about their customers. x10 at this time could run android 2.1 or 2.0 or even 2.o.1 to fix troubles that came with 1.6. their clients have to wait till q4 while froyo run on x10 s rival nexus. later in q4 nexus will get 3.0 gingerbread while x10 update to 2.1 if this shakira come with 1.6 it will fail. why not to launch it with froyo? and when this shakira will be release? if the release it in q4 with 2.1 it will also fail because at that time froyo and gingerbread will be available.

I find it kinda funny. If Nokia's phones were like similar series to cars, Samsung for their intergalactic series, HTC for i dont know, these Sony Ericsson were in T-Shirts. XS, M, XL. Hahaha!
Anyway, for that Shakira thing, since this is the medium-type of X10, u should assume that spec of this phone will never be more than X10's spec.

Let's hope that while they make it smaller, they don't make it thicker as they did with the X10 mini. What's the point in having a slim X10 that is too wide to be pocket-able, and a small X10 mini which is too thick to be pocket-able?

I don't think the world needs yet another x10 variant SE seriously. That leaked landscape slider looks promising enough.Try to get into market with that a little faster with up to the minute Android version and we can call it day.

SE phone are very good hardware wise. But with the crap SE software and crappier customer support, it doesn't worth to buy, like Satio and X10.
