Groups will create software to unlock iPhone 4.
Problem is... if you travel... how do you replace SIM since it's a MICRO-SIM NOT a regular SIM card? No one uses a Micro-SIM card... YET!
Anyone know or hear anything about switching the Micro-SIM card?

Haha it made me laugh iPhone use video calling over wi-fi which should both parties uses iPhone 4 while other phones can make it to 3G bands with no handset limitation as long as it performs video calling. And it feels like its new to them and they're proud of it having discovered the technology. GMAFB.

When people will see the specs sheet and what competition has to offer with their eyes wide open, they will undertand that apple is failed big time.

so no really new or interesting stuff yeah it has improved but they took too long to put a second camera and no support with the older iPhones ... no HDMI support as i can see, 720p recording is good but i was expecting more... Apple has stopped their innovations for good...now they are just good products...

I wanted to get the iPhone 4 but it doesn't offer anything new or more than the Wave other than the available apps. Also, it'll probably cost twice as much. Sad part is apple claims that it offers great technology and the general population believes it or wants to because it’s made by apple.

If I remember correctly some HTC phones have AMOLED now as well. Interesting...

Everyone, OLED screens are purely a gimmick and incredibly frustrating. Overly saturated colours and horrible sunlight legibility make it pointless in a portable device. Rather obvious you've never owned one and are all about the "marketing specs." Hate the micro-sim idea, horribly monopolistic, the camera sounds a treat, the video editing too, front facing camera is only usable over wifi anyway without it being frustrating so they are obviously going to bring that one in slowly. Sad to not see iChat or battery specs and the no use of noise cancellation in video is poor, hopefully they update that with 4.01 or something. Overall the best phone on the market with some powerful specs and the wonderful OS that is *iOS*.

apple is lagging behind in technology i think samsung HTC even nokia have handsets better than this . 5 megapixel wtf mobiles now have 12 wat crap is this apple and your screen is nothing compared to the super amoled screen on samsung devices like the galaxy s .move on apple you are only good at making ads which make your rubbish phone look like gold

The reason why apple did not use OLED is because Samsung did not want to commit all their production to Apple, they want to reserve for themself thus u cant say that OLED is inferior to LCD as everyone knows, its a lie. OLED contrast is unmatchable and Samsung holds 90% of the OLED market.

The screen resolution is only double, not quadrupled. Resolution is an area (two axis) not a line function. Four times the number of pixels is double the resolution. It is really annoying when people get this wrong. Same with cameras you have to quadruple pixel count to double resolution. To quadruple the resolution you'd need 16 times the number of pixels meaning a 1920x1280.

really a disappointment, though i found no reason to feel bad.. i already have wide variety to choose from.. N8, Wave, Galaxy, Desire.. all can eat apple i4 in breakfast.

Great resolution in screen but no OLED....it's not only the pixel count but the quality and speed. Good thing is that camera is not as bad as in previous iPhone but still far far behind competitors.... why Apple can not do cameras?
