You can’t get this App. This page is for info only.
And I have Lumia 830 that is on that list.

I am in India and still haven't managed to update, Lumia 640 XL, even the upgrade advisor cannot be downloaded, it says the page is for info only!

The update for Lumia 1520 is already available in Bulgaria - I have just installed it and it is working really smooth and good.....in my opinion win 10 for mobile phones is way faster than win 8.1 .
