Why do you always call it Update Advisor (here and in previous news), when it is called UpGRADE Advisor? It took me ages to find it in my phone's store.

Guys I can't find update advisor in the store and when I googled it and open it in the browser it don't redirect me to the store and says you can't get this app.this page is for info only !! Wtf is this how could I install the app on my lumia ?

When I go to the Upgrade Advisor app page I get this message: "You can’t get this App. This page is for info only." Anyone know why??
