The 2gb of ram goes some way to making up for other' I would consider rather poor hardware choices Apple has made with this device.......some way.

Almost same iPhone 6s hardware with sub-720p screen resolution. Would like to see it performing.

Galaxy A-series easily beats any iphone in specs, not to mention A-Series is not even best mid-range android.

iPhone SE is great and all but 2 things are stopping it from being successful. One, the front camera. With the selfies in vogue, 1.2MP camera is a shame.
Second, the price. This phone can be a success if Apple manage to sell it for the same price in India as in US ($399/Rs26,000). If Apple is really going to price it RS 39,000 in India, this will be another 5C story.

iPhone is meant for people who would rather use Nokia 1100, if was still in mainstream. So specs and megapixel of front cam is far beyond their intelligence.
