    People simply don't notice properly.

That's a 'red' score. This means invalid. In most situations it comes due to unusual high UX I/O scores. Only 'green' scores are valid.

    Proof (S6 Edge Plus): http://s229.photobucket.com/user/vagenrider/media/1287578090765655646gra...

Check the UX I/O performance, in a 'green' score it's around 4000 for this model. Here's it's like 37500, way more than normal. Hence the 'red'.

    This test is not valid.

Software plays a major part in the performance of a device and this is reflected in benchmark scores, although it is often downplayed since, nowadays, most Android skins are relatively similar in performance. There are a lot of factors that contribute to performance (both real-world and benchmarks) and software is a big one.

I doubt all of a sudden they will change that policy, considering last year was a big success for Huawei as a phone company (among the other branches they have).

if we can assume the phone will be smooth, then all we need to worry about is the battery life on this thing.
