Gibby, 30 Mar 2016Nice But is it waterproof?I wanted to ask the same thing. For "740" euros it better be waterproof lol
The only "disadvantage" from my point of view is QHD. I wish they made it FHD like Sony did with the X Performance.
QHD drains the battery a LOT faster than FHD, not to mention the performance you get out of the SD820 rendering FHD.

So far its looks absolutely gorgeous. The bevelled edges like the HTC A9 are very nice in the hand and I actually prefer the look and feel in the hand of the A9 to the S7. The finger print sensor on the A9 is very handy where it is and faultless. So mimicking that here is a good idea.
I think the M10 is shaping up to be one of the very best look and feel designs with stellar interior an build. very .. .. nice by this latest pic.

AnonD-504676, 30 Mar 2016I strongly believe this is the phone of 2016. Once released... moreLol how everyone will flood HTC stores when their popularity is just almost non existent? Samsung is a much bigger company you know and their customers will not drop that big even though it loses some of them.

I strongly believe this is the phone of 2016. Once released. I think Samsung can pack bags and closed its mobile division since everyone will be flooding to HTC stores.
I am not being exaggerated since everything this phone featured matches everyone wishlist from boomsound to android fluidity.
Samsung better just focus on it's refrigerator and aircond business

Seems odd that the rumours don't entirely match up with HTC's teasers... maybe there will be three variations of the HTC 10: one focused on performance with a home button, one with boom sound speakers and another with multiple cameras. ('Performance', 'audio' and 'cameras'.)

The official spec is 2,15 GHz.
Some call that 2,1 GHz, marketing wise it's better to call it 2,2 GHz ;)

AnonD-249419, 29 Mar 2016HTC never failed in camera department. M7, M8 had GREAT cam... moreEven GSMArena said that M8's camera wasn't up to the par set by rival devices, that's my experience as well. I'm not going to believe HTC's hype unless I can actually see it from the pictures taken on M10. I'm highly doubtful they can make a "whole package" -type of a phone anytime soon. :/

I'm still interested in the 150k antutu. Pretty convinced it was fake ATM. Getting 20k more than mother phones just doesn't seem feasible.

                            Just die HTC.

For years I'm waiting for it, yet you keep limping on. Like blackberry, like Nokia you should follow (Microsoft should follow too btw). Cleanse the air of mobiles and just croak.

This is my wish for my birthday: " When my birthday comes this year, let HTC close shop so that we'd never have to hear from this company "

HTC! do the only dignified left for you to do. Just croak already...

For a $770~$900 phone, I'd rather have it and would gladly have it at only an FHD. And those front and rear Ultrapixel cameras - oh they better beat at least something, else they go straight to the chopping blocks

Amiro, 29 Mar 2016Hmmm are there two variations of the SD820? Sometimes I se... moreThere is no two versions of SD820 for now.
All the discrepansy you (cleverly) observed,is due to slightly different clock speed on some chips.Reasons for this are hardly to explain if you are'nt into electronics and engineering.
Anyway I'll try to explain to you and any one who is interested in this.Mind you i'll be figurative to simplify the extremely complicated proceses:
Chips start its life as a very small "printed" circuits on a sillicon wafer.Lets call that wafer a "cake"!?The very complicated proces of printing can be simplified as a slide projector magnifying a small slide image onto the big screen. This should leave a clear image of bilions upon a bilions transistors onto the wafer. And one wafer could have 600-900 chips images on it(only on 300mm dismetar thats!!!).
As you could imagine chances are there would be imperfections in the printing, and that how we come to the next step "baking the cake".Here all the imperfections will result as a dead chips,or (usually on the outer part of the cake) chips that are of lower quality.OEMs will try to use the most of the chips they can(remember they pay for wafer). So there will be chips with grater leakage and "cherry picked" chips with very small leakage,or two chips cuted from different part of the cake and working on the same voltage will manifest different clock speed,or other way round to reach the same clockspeed they will need different voltage.
Thats why OEMs like qualcomm sometimes sell the "same" chips for different prices. Some of them could be easily overclocked,or run cooler on the same frequency. There is so much to this, but am simply tired of typing :)
P.S.hope this will offset some of the rudenes i show before
