Mali T880 is pretty good GPU, but minimum MP should be 8, and preferred 12, 4 is just way too weak.

Dre, 31 Mar 2016I used my p7 for T-Mobile and metro pcsyour tmobile supports only 700MHz I think or 1700MHz ? mine OP supports two simultaneously now they will be supporting triple band simultaneously to bring LTE-A
have no idea what metro pcs is..

This could be the more expensive option, pretty sure the standard one will feature Kirin 950 and 3/32 RAM/STORAGE configuration, but cameras will remaign the same.
I expect a 100$ difference in price between both models.
I personally will wait 2-3 months for the Honor 8

I like kirin soc but GPU is definitely weaker. Saw a video, they tested nba game, mi 5 capped at 60 fps, mate 8 around 50 fps. For galaxy s7 i dunno, well it does have a higher resolution screen and there seems a bug with gaming on s7 atm if you read the xda forums.

Peoples are completely wrong about the power of this soc. The Kirin 950's Gpu is very powerful. I don't care of mp2 mp65... But i know that in gaming the Mate 8 is perfect

Their dual camera seems to be different from lgs. I saw a video promo, they seem to be using 1 black & white camera and 1 colour camera. Either way I don't think there will be performance issues. I've seen one of those side by side comparisons(ok ok i know they aren't scientific) between s7 and mate8, the mate8 actually loads some apps faster, probably due to the 1080p screen.
