Well play Ramboat on the mate 8. Smooth as silk. Play it on the s7 edge. It drops frames, lags and is jittery. It may not be like that with every game, but I wish now that I would have kept my mate 8. Also the exynos version of the s7 edge is faster than the 820. So I will be fine with the 9p.

That may be true, but there's always good time for change, so perhaps they will seek the opportunity. Recently many more companies release different versions of their phones with different chipsets than before. Huawei may follow.

AnonD-464216, 30 Mar 2016yeap maybe snapdragon 820 will have honor 8 who knows..? The 820 in the Mi5 only gives 5.5hrs SoT with 3000mah. The 650 of Note 3 gives 8hrs with 4000mah. Given screen size the 820 is not as efficient as lower performing gpu chipsets.

these sites always show low score.. once p9 release it will have over 100.000 easy..

Look at the french website frandroid or phonandroid they have tested the mate 8 and the Samsung s7 in game. Huawei is far better 60fps on average on real racing 3 whereas only 43 for Samsung S7

Kirin 950 score is currently average 90K+ (seen high as 93K), 955 goes 100K+ easily when this variant is released.

The only prob here P9 have for benchmark is GPU. GPU is a lot weaker thus Basemark and Antutu score are worse. Otherwise at quad 2.3 and quad 1.8 it should be same as newest Exynos...But difference is too big within GPU section.

The only phones that interest me in some way right now would have to be Huawei P9 and LG G5, if the G5 was thinner say 6.5mm or less i would get it in a heartbeat, but i will wait for the P9 and just hope it comes out in black.

Disappointed with Huawei.
Even their Nexus 6P have been a disaster with huge bezels and terrible display. No wonder Google got fed up and decided to pass the job to HTC this year and upcoming 2 years ahead.
