I would imagine a lot of the people who brow... moreI think this one can handle winter, at least the Model S is quite good at it. But LEAF in winter... OMG, cold batteries are a pain, not only do they drain fast but they also will not accept fast charge, a charge that take 30 minutes in summer will take more than an hour in winter, combine that with the LEAFs terrible cold weather range and you get two recharges on a 300 kilometer trip, a trip that would take 5 hours in summer and 4 hours in a gasoline/diesel car is suddenly taking 7 hours and up in a LEAF during winter.
And thats why i say: Model 3 is the worlds first EV. Model S too expensive and LEAF and the alike are useless. But what does it help, i can order a Model 3 now and take delivery in... 2020? 21? No thanks, i just order a gasoline Mercedes C-Class instead.
