If I'd record anything in 4K, I wouldn't do it just to view it on a tiny screen, where FHD and QHD looks the same. If I record it in such a high resolution, that goes on a big screen. So you see...1080p screen in the phone doesn't bother me that much. And it doesn't eat the battery every time I decide to turn the screen on. I'm good with it.

what da heck? another ugly chinese branded phone with candy crush lookalike icons and iphonish interface. The slow Android updates is enough to deter me from buying chinese phones. I guess I will be waiting for HTC M10.

So the angle on the cameras is supposedly 27mm? That's nice! Hopefully it'll be fast on startup/shot-to-shot as well... Can't wait for the unveil come the 6th. :)

They know what they're doing and they know what they are up against. If Huawei puts the price too high, no one will bother (well...outside of China that is).

Despite of consistently producing great phone and piling up revenue numbers, they lost the plot of launching midrange and flagship phones in India. They started with Huawei 6 series, with a time lapse of 3 months however, but didnt progress.
I even dont see P8 and Huawei 7 series here in India and they are ready for next.
