PSeehanach, 24 Jun 2010What is the purpose of iphone dropping test? I wonder if th... moreYou (and I am sure many others) didn't get the point of all this clearly. It is because of the strong cliams. If someone bothers to read iFixyouri's blog (which I read some days ago) they clearly state why they attempt iPhone4 drop tests (The one before this)
It is because of the claim and demonstration of bending power. I agree the bending should be strong too but all the other claims, stronger and tougher yet using slickest medium make it all good invites everyone to try out how strong it actually is.
I saw videos of many tests, toughest one like 5800's video that was posted here, I saw Sony Ericsson's P1i's video. If those sets servive such accidents they this highly-claimed set should servive.
The problem with Apple is they are playing (unwanted) God and degrading every other brand. While other brands are clearly far better in many ways but they don't exhibit those as those abilities are their usual things.
Apple has put one or two things and demonstrate alot because they newly found it and they just want to advertise it so the consumers, which mostly are very less-informed people hear and thinks it is new to the mobile world and get that. Most of them become iZombies which we all hate very much.

PSeehanach, 24 Jun 2010What is the purpose of iphone dropping test? I wonder if th... moreWhat do you mean???
This was a very good test. Every guy drops their phone every once in a while and it is a must that the phone survives it. A phone is useless if it breaks after just 4 drops or even get scratched on the 2nd.
Many phones are test this way, the Nokia 5800 for example:
http://www.tube5800.com/crash-test-videos-5800-xm-went-through-hell-survived/
They had to run a car over it's back to break its screen.
In my view, this test was too easy. A phone should be able to go through much more hell. Like dropping from ear level, get stepped on many time (if dropped on a bus for example) adn falling in water..

Buying an expensive product from apple is the only way to show us that you really ibelieve through salvation.
It is a weird concept for the non-ibeliever, but once you were in our loop, it all become make sense.

What is the purpose of iphone dropping test? I wonder if this guy does test of dropping for all phones that existing on this earth. We all know that if you drop the phone, there is a chance that it will be broken. Come on, do something that we do not already know! It is getting indeed pretty boring!

[deleted post]Dear smV8,
iSteve is a real iG*d. He's require a lot of ibeliever aura to stay cool. The more ibeliever the more charm iSteve have. I can assure you that iSteve knows that the ibeliever burn their hard working money for him, thus, he's always giving the best for the ibeliever.
Let me assure you, that iPhone 4 is a real collectible item. To make the side of the stell, we need a very rare material called iSweet from iSteve. The white one is even harder to make. It took a full 1 month to turn the black iphone 4 into white. poor iSteve. He need to close his eyes, and let all those uv light shine on his iteeth, and reflect it to all those black iphone. He just stood there for 1 month, do nothing. He have a great s*x life though (he said it, not me). Only iSteve can give this kind of dedication to the ipure ibeliever.
So, Get iPhone 4 as much as you can, while it's still hot

Living in a city, a phone's signal bar should never actually go below full. If it does, there is a serious problem with the phone...
