A lot of stores have run out of it. The simple solution on this flaw is a case, which users would buy anyway. Only nokia fans are making such a big deal of this, in the hopes that their nokia device might get some attention. Sorry nokia lovers, but this couldn't stop the iphone's success.

Biggest frack up in the history of mobile phones.apple tells its customers wich apps they can install, what web sites they can go on ( no flash support ), wich programs they can use on there pc's ( itunes for every dame thing ).people are used too apple telling them what to do. but now they are telling people how to hold there phones ? came on!!!!!!!! " hold the phone differen, Get one of our over priced bumbers " Biggest frack up in the history of mobile phones. The magical, beautiful phone can't even make proper phone calls. It's the biggest frack up because they over hyped the phone and know they will not accept there mistake. How can they miss this.

the app store is still quite atteactive for some dumb people. Nokia please focus more on gaming platform,
all apple do to this new iphone s to improve the gaming experience like adding xyroscope, high screen res which are good for gaming

welll at the end of the day, its an apple, and millions of ppl/iFreaks out there will die to get one in their hands, so no matter what they'll still sell, even when problems are so significant..

just watch the "company involved" earnings call for Q3 as "others" are launching their "mighty phone killers" one after another and "mighty phone 4"is struggling to fix design flaws(which are one of most hilarious of all time and even more are manufacturers rude statements)logically "others" with premier display(Yes Super AMOLED) and other of "others" those with Droid OS will gain in market.

I get awesome signal... moreyes sure Apple want to sell seperately case . so apple so lost signal and want u to buy a silicon case to protect lost signal look like apple products all accessories sold seperate . how some day you take off case so you wear glove like doctor ..you know apple make a lot of money . apple should recall all ipone 4 back then pay compensation to user. shit apple

I think it's just not right to design a phone with the antenna placed at the area of the phone itself where a user would normally hold on to. Cellular phones are here fore decades now, why would such a company like apple fail to consider such simple ergonomics? I mean, they must have a whole bunch of designers and engineers to work on it. It just doesn't make any sense.. I've seen nokia manuals warning users to avoid holding the upper back portion of the phone as it would cover the antena, but that's not a problem because normally, people would hold the phone on its lower part anyway. but this iPhone 4 is just way too wrong.

(Drums rolling...) YES, it TURNS INTO ELECTRIC CURRENT!!! The human body is a conductor too, there are many currents circulating along the cells in our bodies. (Remember your mother telling you not to put your fingers (or other body parts) into the plug holes in the wall?) Well what happens here is that the skin (a conductor) touches the metal of the antenna and distorts the electromagnetic field of the antenna. Hampering its function. That's how normal phones work. But of course, at Apple everything works differently. Magically. So this might not apply in your case :)

This is beyond pathetic! This is a HARDWARE problem, guys! There's no quick fix for this. Software problem is easy to solve, but not hardware problem.

no big deal, my latest nokia phone signal change with changing themes or running apps background like fm radio or music player. trustme this is my user opinion.

As a mobile phone engineer, a phone is one of the things in this planet that require touching and using hands and fingers to function. Just an analogy, you will need to use both your hands on a steering wheel to be able to navigate. Imagine a car manufacturer tells you to use your 2 index finger to drive or else it wont work is a crazy and idiotic advise. Iphone is a touchscreen phone, common, that is just plainly stupid to tell users that you need to hold the phone in a way or else it would just be a piece of lemon. Pathetic.
