actually it also boils down to the fact that due to ios catering to a very select range of devices the developers can easily optimize the applications to run best on the specific fixed hardware also rendering at a lower resolution and having a much better ram management also helps.

This "app speed test" is comparing apples to oranges.
Android apps were never really superior to android apps because of:
1) Adwares imposed by Android developers
2) Android apps were never really optimized for any Android OS
3) Android apps were never really optimized for any OEM hardware

Also, if he was interested in actually looking at which one was faster he would try to keep as many factors constant. There's no good reason to keep changing the apps used. And if you compare the differences from this fanboy's tests, by looking at the SD version, the exynos version, and the iPhone, the margin of error is larger than the difference between the exynos and the iPhone. That's a clear sign that the test is worthless.
Opening apps a fraction of a second faster doesn't mean anything. 3.8% if you combined the other two tests, 9% if you used this test. Which means if an app takes 1 second to load on the iPhone it would take 1.038 seconds on the s7, what a big deal :O. The fact that the results aren't transitive is a big enough issue in itself to disregard these tests. And I wouldn't put it passed this fanboy to look for unoptimised apps on the s7 and use those.

Also the apps weren't same, this test didn't had angry birds also didnt had asphalt 8, might be more differences too.

Anyway, the test is fake. That YouTuber did the exact same test with the same iPhone before against the SD s7 and it did the same as the exynos s7. He's quite clearly an undercover apple fanboy.
Those sorts of speed tests don't even mean anything anyway.

you said earlier app switching and freezing, that's not the case with iOS 7 and up, yes in older iOS version maybe iOS 4 and below it freezes.
if the app is frozen, then Safari won't load tabs in background.

I presume the dfference is because he didn't factory reset the device and the apps were cached into the ram.
So in reality the difference is non-existant.

To be fair, S7 SD is a quad core, while the exynos is an octa core chipset. So its a head on comparison of the SD vs exynos but rather a phone with an SD chipset and exynos chipset. But atleast there i was fair to the phones.
Here the comparison with the iphone 6s plus isnt fair at all. S7 has more pixels to push at the very least, just like how it wouldnt be fair to the iphone 6s plus if both had the same pixels too push, as the iphone 6s plus has only 2gb of ram.
