Adopters for USB type C: Asus, Acer, LG, Lenovo, One Plus, Google, Huawei, and dare I say Apple. Data transfer for HTC 10 are blazingly fast as the phone comes with a USB Type C to USB 3.1 cable. No more wanting the bang your head against a brick wall until you pass out like you do with a micro usb to usb 2.0 data transfer
No IR blaster for the HTC 10? Well Samsung doesn't have that as well....
So Samsung else is missing? USB type C to 3.1 data transfer speeds, a more efficient power charger, stereo speakers
So what IS HTC 10 missing? IP68? Only important for beach goers or drunken idiots that can't help but drop everything including their mom in the toilet.

The HTC 10 looks really promising. According to DXOMark the camera is at the same level as the S7, which means it has the best camera. Design is good too, I really like that the home button which also is a fingerprint scanner isn't a hardware button but a capacitive one. I might buy this phone!

For those complaining about it being like most other flagships
Playing it safe is not wrong , the s7 did it
The compromise of being not waterproof is over compensated by boomsound
And the software experience looks miles ahead of s7
This is a good phone . Anyway you put it
And the metal body resists fingerprints better than glass

IF you're in YOUR BEDROOM with your 1 BFF..... or with your shrink in a padded cell, it'll sound just "acceptable"..... try that in a bar, a restaurant and you'll be pressing your face against your buddies just to hear the asthmatic mouse peep that is S6/S7's speaker. NOTHING beats stereo HI FI speakers.
TW didn't get a makeover until S6 even then M9 beats it in fluidity and multitasking and that's with a throttled cpu. Let's not forget Samsung isn't the only company that has been developing the UI since last year so whatever brought TW's performance from cringing to acceptable, HTC has had the same time to sense go from good to great.

Do you know what goes into designing a phone to work with all the internal hardware and software that has to work as one .
