It would better have got the MX6 name instead of PRO moniker..

Hoping for Meizu to launch another variant (PRO 6+ maybe) with Exynos 8890 and 6 Gigs of Ram as it was previously reported
Last time Meizu shined in camera department with their PRO 5 beating even Note 5's camera in some departments

Every OEM has upgraded their camera game this year but unfortunately Meizu isn't interested

For this kind of screen size you at least need to have 3000mah.

My another concern: will that overclocked Helio consume battery like1 having breakfast? And will it overheated like a sun?

First of all what do you want to say Pro 5 or Pro 6? Please make the corrections because its making it a bit confusing.

Battery size is too small, and it should've used the exynos 8890. I would've seriously considered it then, even if it has too many bezels and looks like an iPhone.

Smartphones need higher res because they don't have optical zoom.

I wouldn't say it's a surprise. Seems to be this year's trend. Hopefully this will be the end of 5.5inch+ flagships. Don't get me wrong there is a niche for phones previously known as phablets, they're just not for all.

Anonymous, 13 Apr 2016ever heard of VR?? QHD should be standard in flagship phones.Yeah. I've heard of it, though experiencing it on the phone is not how it should be done, it's just a gimmick to watch 360 degrees movies. Wanna do it right? Go for Vive or Rift. Besides I don't know anybody remotely interested in using their phone as a VR headset on a daily basis (perhaps just to try once or twice). With a £500 phone and £100 VR headset you may as well go for Valve or Oculus (which both have lower resolution than quad HD and you don't see the pixels on it anyway). It's more about technology of the screen and how well the matrix is made, rather than high resolution. But you seem like a person, who likes to play the numbers game (the higher the better), without even considering, that you may not even benefit from it.

I believe us consumers are the beneficiaries of copying technic. Because, if a nice feature is started by one OEM and it just remain with them, well, we were going to be exploited. I for one, I love it because it gives me a wide choice to pick on a device. I have not programmed myself to just stick to one product, I always go the best at that particular time I'm getting myself a new phone. Fanism free......

One of the main things I really liked about the Pro 5 was the long battery life. With normal usage, no games, I only had to charge it up every 48 hours. I can't see the Pro 6 matching this, so I may not be interested. The size is a bit surprising after a 5.7 inch Pro 5 but maybe they are going after Huawei in their home market. The Pro 6, at such a low price, could be a Huawei P9 killer. However, it weighs 160 grams while the P9 is only 144 grams and with a bigger battery so I don't know where the Pro 6's extra weight is coming from.
