The Meizu PRO 5 is powered by MediaTek Helio X25 chipset - the 10-core processor and Mali-T880 GPU have been overclocked from the X20. You get 4GB of RAM too (so much for the rumored 6GB).

Seems they made a reasonably sized phone with decent hardware and normal price. I'd love to take a closer look at a shop when these come to my city.

Meizu what's wrong.... only change is AMOLED display. Again same old cameras, mediocre battery in a flagship race. Ok but reduce the price.

Too many typos (wherever PRO 5 should be there, PRO 6 is mentioned and vice versa). What happened GSMArena? Standards are going down even in basic proof reading. About Meizu PRO 6, is this really a successor to PRO 5 or a predecessor? Inferior chipset, same RAM, less screen size, tiny battery. Question to Meizu: What is going on here?

Yep, the camera sensor still the same IMX230!
Smaller battery and smaller size its a big let down from the Pro 5 5'7inch...guess im going for the Vivo Xplay 5 Elite then ;)

Average human eye cannot distinguish single pixel with density over 300PPI. This one is over 400PPI. 1080p on a phone is a sensible thing to do, unlike higher resolution. Unless you're EagleEyeJoe. Besides what do you want at this price point?
