19 April, 2016
What's more, the phone's screen will allegedly be the brightest ever, going up to 1,300 nits.

Most of the time I use the phone at or below 50% brigh... moreI know many females who use the AMOLED display at MAXIMUM brightness setting (mine is around 30-40% mostly). They say that they like the screen to be supershiny and bright and they feel themselves good (they are all well educated people). I don't get the point (probably that's because I am a man). When the screen is supershiny, it makes me disturbed (I don't even talk about the very high power consumption of screen). 1300nits is crazy high!

Wtf do they need high nits if they can make less reflection and less brightness... It doesnt take a genius... What needs to make a perfect phone is to put entire galaxy s7, htc10, xperia x performance, G5/v10, iPhone 7, Hp elite x3, note 5, nx6p, in a 6 inch phone. Bigger screen is better fck off small screen fanboy. If ur complain bout hand size... Go for phone for hobbit

And Xperia X will top them IMHO

You all commenting about z5 s6 s7 x prem and etc.... Im here talking about how stupid the s line to put back button on the right bottom of the display... If you want a perfect phone go for huawei p9+ for camera or meizu pro6 for performance or vivo flagship phone for ram or just get the god damn G5 for all its greatness or just buy the perfect 10 the htc 10 with all its glory because its better than all.... All s line phone is boring and all people have it ITS TOO MAINSTREAM

But I seriously doubt that, because 4000 hrs lifespan of oled is just waste of TV technology, and decieving for buyers

This screen has good contrast I liked it

But u r not trying to understand my point at all.
If u r saying so that 700 nits is perfectly fine for outdoor visibility then what's the f need of 1300 nits display bro
And I'm talking about making screens less reflective so OEMs can rely on lower brightness which in turn can increase battery life if u r outdoors most of the time

Looks nice the first HDR Display on mobile devices.
                                  I can't tell should i buy X Performance or X Premium.
There X Performancehas nice battery life (therefore 1080p and 5" screen but better gaming, also...can fit their jeans or jacket pockets.)
But, X Premium has nice movie watch and gaming easily focus than small screen with 5,5" and 4K screen HDR display. (there i don't have worry battery life becase increase size battery pack than small devices)
(btw, I'm using Xperia SP, *crip crip*)
