I like WM10. I used also Android, but WM10 is simple and synchronized very well with my Windows desktop and 2in1.

With WM10, I can sync my cycling computer Garmin Edge 25 with Garmin Connect app which is available in Windows Store. Really like it!

I think MS may use better the advantage with 90% market on Windows desktops/laptops/tablets and make something magic with this.

raiman, 23 Apr 2016As developer, the reason why W10M is interesting is because... moreI just wonder how many 100s more millions MS has to lose before it mature.

I hope Windows Mobile completely dies so they can focus on making a proper Desktop/Laptop OS and not a Mobile on a Desktop OS.

Actually not a bad result for some beta trash.

As developer, the reason why W10M is interesting is because you don't need developer account to build app for W10M. You can easily sideload appx/xap like android. This means more apps for W10M (yay).

However the reality is far from perfect. Win10M itself is still unstable. Development using VS2015 and Mobile Emulator still have bugs, crashing etc. And you need desktop Win10 Pro to build UWP apps, which most programmer reluctant to upgrade.
Couple that with how hard to find cheap Win10M phones out of the box (for testing purpose), you can imagine the frustration of Win10M developer.

MS went the right direction with Win10M, but it's still beta/rushed product. Avoid until it's more mature/polished.

We can't post wp is bad in android or iphone relates news.. I don't use iphone like u said..don't reply rubbish.. I'm also using lumia 730. Initially i was happy with it. features are good in windows 10 mobile OS. But the os itself is not stable compared to 8.1.. Poor performance.. battery life is horrible..

I'm still waiting a new windows phone device but not Lumia since acquired by MS the build quality is horrible, even in Nokia Lumia Windows running better than MS Lumia. Microsoft not smart enough to build a phone, just build the OS and let Nokia take care of the rest.

Now they have several ranges of mid to top range devices I think you would be able to make a choice from. And I do understand that ui design can be subjective, having used WP8.1 also, I would like to know why you prefer it to W10M. If I may say, the best part(s) of the os that make the difference is rather untouched or more polished, i.e. live tiles and quite fluid and colourful ui, Not to speak of the many other numerous additions and improvements still underway.

Win 10 update turned my 830 into brick. most pathetic service from Microsoft

It's better to buy Android or Apple because Windows 10 Mobile is not working properly and it has no future ahead. I'll use my Lumia 640 LTE one more year (but with Windows Phone 8.1 instead of Windows 10 Mobile) then I'll switch to Google (probably a Note).

Iunian, 22 Apr 2016I'm sorry that WinI'm sorry that Windows 10 isn't working fine, that the keyboard is not good anymore, that the Glance screen can't be set to always on without activating Battery Saver mode, the store looks like an Android copy but loads slow., etc.
Windows 10 looks better but that's mostly it. I have a Vodafone cheap tablet (which I got it for free because I was called a "loyal customer") with Lollipop 5.1 and it's very fast. I can't even imagine how Marshmallow handles. I had a very slow working Android 2.2 Froyo, which then received the 2.3 Gingerbread and finally the 4.0 Sandwich on an LG Optimus 2X (P990 European version). I was very disappointed of Google's OS. I then used a Nokia 6303 classic feature phone. Wonderful. Metallic. I used it to open things up with it and as a screwdriver. Solid stuff. I had a problem with the volume up button. I then used a Samsung Star S5229 which my mom bought (an awful thing to use since it has a capacitive screen but not multi touch ... why didn't they used a resistive screen if it didn't have multi touch is beyond me). Then I bought a Lumia 640. It is an extremely fast phone with 8.1 (which I used it now since for a week I've used the 10 update). That's not update, that's

all lumia (or m$) 9XX owners must be very sad right now. they already bought a very expensive flagship but with dying os.
but that's your fault guys.. next time you better spend your money wisely, choose ios or android.

Very low configuration in this update except 950 than previous versions but price is high compared to android. I want to test one with windows 10. Why people buy these low configuration immature Lumias with a high price. Microsoft should adjust price. General Asians are not mad now. This is the main cause of their failure. Please at least give same configuration as android in a price range.

No surprise as I have said before, it only got worse after the acquisition of Nokia mobile devision. Nokia was the one that pulled the whole Windows Phone brand, without that plus the very long waiting of a flagship Lumia phone means people will go to other brands and OS. Sadly because I am using Windows Phone since the beginning for me it's the best OS.
