Thank god. I hope they don't remove it after the iPhone 7. Because 3.5mm jack still a needed feature for every phone.

Mailman, 03 May 2016Most probably this iPhone gonna fail, because apple is focu... moreiPhone 7s will be skipped and instead it will be called iPhone 8 as part of 10 year anniversary launch. ..so iPhone 8 will be a huge change in terms of design and features.
iPhone 7 will just be a normal expensive phone with little modifications on design and internals being the same except for their stupid naming conventions of the chipset "A10".

Maybe apple kept their ears on the ground and heard some feedbacks about Le Eco (and others).. That or they heard the rage of current iphone owners(especially audiophiles) planning to upgrade to iphone 7. I mean, the rumors were all push, then apple suddenly pulled -_-

AnonD-467404, 03 May 2016if true it will be a sad news for many android fans. :)why would it? Frankly I'm an android fan but if the iPhone just sucks it's of no advantage to me, in fact I want the iPhones to get better and better every generation, so it stirs up competition.
I just hope the company that decides they'll "innovate" and remove the jack (take that word as sarcasm, it was) has that one product as a flop so no one follows neither themselves.

Most probably this iPhone gonna fail, because apple is focused for next generation - 7s or whatever they gonna call it. So far 7s sounds promising upgrade.
But now they know that they can't make big changes and will make just another iPhone with small upgrades. Still iPhone fans will buy it but don't think that people will switch from Android this year.

hahaha i knew it! apple would degrease in revenue even more if they removed that jack!! they are struggling and totally has to change their tactics. They cant be that good anymore, people finally realized that android phomes are just better *cough*galaxy s7*cough*. I wouldnt be surprised if apple would fail even more, they could remove that earphone jack so 'apple fans' can go and tell to androidf*gs that 3.5 mm jack is now old and its bluetooth earbuds era already. Apple fans, just, stop it.
