moto produces one of the best ... moreMoto produces best devices? No wonder Moto G3, Moto X Play, Moto X Style, Moto X Force failed horribly even flipkart is not happy with their sales.
Moto was good till it was US based company, i have used Moto G it was a good one, the last good device they made was Moto G2

well J7 's processor is very mediocre ... snapdragon 650 powering the redmi note 3 is a beast ... no of cores doesn't decide which is better .... its the type of core .... snapdragon 650 is powered by 2 cortex a72 cores clocked at 1.8ghz and 4 cortec a53 cores at 1.4 ghz ... those a72 cores r monster processing cores ... j7 is not even in the race in terms of processor ... plus the gpu is very weak in the j7 too(t-720) .... as a matter of fact j7 has the weakest processor in its price range ....

redmi note 3 has been updated to marshmallow and will be updated to android N too however this won't get any update from sammy in near future ...
the truth is chinese competitors and even companies like motorola are providing way better specs at less price ... and they don't skip on any features like sammy does by not providing something as crucial as an auto brightness sensor ... ANY person who has a deep knowledge abt smartphones & processors won't get any of these pathetic phones from sammy .... however india is still flooded with non tech geeks so this phone will sell well through offline channels ... if i had a budget of 16-17k i would get a oneplus x or redmi note 3 coz both will be good in the long run ... or probably wait for next gen moto g4 which is very developer friendly ....
