I asked Gizok.com if their V8 is international or chinese version... They replied that it is Chinese version, so it means that it is without google play, so what can we do to have google play in the phone? We cannot just install google play into chinese version right?

This phone is a direct competitor of the mi5. No wonder, Huawei took over Xiaomi number 3 biggest phone maker title.I am getting fedup with the marketing strategy of xiaomi.

Gizok.com have them preorder too, I believe the prices are quite similar. Waiting for Gsmarena to do a review on them, but Im hoping that the camera will have a slightly different algorithm that give the picture slighly more exposure than the P9...

It said, "5.7-inch 2K screen, quad HD (2560x1440pixels) display", but it has "Hisilicon Kirin 950 octa-core processor". If 2 K display must be KNT-AL20 and it has Hisilicon Kirin 955 octa-core processor.
Also it said "4GB RAM, 32GB/64GB ROM" with price $449. Usually price for 64 GB more expensive than 32 GB.

Huawei making progress very fast lately. Five years ago maybe they made not so good phone with cheap price.

At this price, this phone is a steal. Sony "last longer" - not sure about that one though, my friend's Xperia C5 is overheating like mad and constantly restarting for no reason..he said he's probably going to replace his phone only after 3 months of usage...Sony need to step up their game though, they're still selling mid-tier phones at ridiculously STEEP prices, i mean the Sony Xperia X has SD650 and it cost around 600 euros...i mean come on.

For the build quality one, i have to disagree with you. Huawei is known for its great build quality. And Honor has that too. I have one Honor phone and I'm very satisfied with it. Although, i agree with your opinion about software side. They're sucks, especially in budget phone. Slow update, even no update provided at all. Their software is fast, actually, but with no update, it becomes sluggish. But i know they're getting better now.

And no one really complains about how huawei releases three different flagships a year but always complain about sony's release cycle. This is basically p9 on another name and no significant changes at all but everyone complains about sony just changing the chipset, the materials used, camera, and adding little features. I know the price of xperia devices are too much, but their devices last so much longer than huawei devices. I have huawei devices that are cheaper than sony's but sony's devices last longer, the performance gets better after updates and I have nothing to complain while on the other hand, I face many issues with huawei devices like sudden death, poor battery, browsing is not smooth at all, and camera is poor at best.
