A price tag of $200 for a 6 inch phone with 3GB RAM and MTK P10 chipset???? This is Sony, not Xiaomi for God's sake. Even Samsung will price this in $400 to $450 range except for the usage of different chipset instead of MTK.
Mark my words - Sony will price this in $500+ range, much like XA AND wonder why they are unable to sell phones. A competitive price would be around $350 to $400, but i would also be dreaming if I expect that to happen.

the only problem with sony fans is, they just shouts but never buys or upgrades their phones. that's why sony is still a failure. compare the amount of fans here to the actual devices sold . you will get a clear picture about what I am saying

NOW!!! OPPO F1 PLUS is going down!!! Go Sony! Go Sony! I don't like OPPO. Looks like XA Ultra was the first smartphone that featured OIS on front camera. Good job! Last week, I'm not a big fans of Sony because Sony ended Xperia C's generation. Now I make U-Turn.

Which makes ne wonder how apples smaller and no ois sensor in the same position protrudes

thing that bugs me the most is that this seams as really thin phone and it has OIS in front camera but no protruding camera bump ? how did Sony achieved this ? I know that they where developing some kind of OIS for quite some time but is it this good ? anyway I can't wait to see the results :)

The only thing that Sony needs to bear in mind is that this shouldn't cost more than $400 as there are many other options like the LG G4 which offers more for the same price

I don't think the Helio P10 would suck. Sony knows how to make MediaTek processors a beast. The Helio X10 isn't as powerful as some mid range SnapDragon processors, but the M5 proved that optimization is key instead of specs

It should come at least with s... moreI don't like anything besides Snapdragon either and I agree on part that this phone would be awesome with SD650 but C series line had good performance before with mediatek chipset C4 and C5 both performed good and achieved good benchmarks I don't see this one being any worse with newer hardware ...anyway it's not aimed at those who asks for flagship grade performance.

Helio p10 just a bad choice. It should come at least with snapdragon 652 (for me i don't like other than SD SoC) The rest is fine and it's good buy, fast charging looks promising. For those who are daydreaming dreamed of price range under $300. Forget about it okay. You know you can't get any SONY X lines series with such that price. It's SONY phone, not an iPhone. iPhone so cheap nowadays.

Name Please, 17 May 2016You have any proof that it won't happen?Xperia C series had right pricing before and it was a really good choice for average consumer ,but not 200$ and certainly not this time with this awesome hardware. still nothing is impossible but it's very,very,very unlikely ! you can't eve get a Chinese phone with these specs for that money.

Not really sure what you'd want to do on a large screen with low resolution and low performance though. Maybe read a book.

Why they r launching phones when they don't want to sell it in Market.
In MWC ,they hv launched X series .still not available anywhere.No wonder Sony is dying.And that is Only for their bad strategies.
Firstly with Flagships in 6 months and now No availability of new phones till Half year.may b company CEO is interested Only in Sell of Whole Sony Mobile Division. Not in Sony Smart phones.
