Honestly iam using moto g 2 .. iam a lover of motorolla iam waiting for moto g4..
MOTO why differ from other than any mobiles?… my ans is when i look at the phone i noticed two speakers and back nice grippy curved panel…. but Why LENOVO remove the bottom speaker and put there FINGER PRINT sensor and changed back design…so i noticed one thing this is not MOTO mobile.. it is LENOVO mobile…MOTO we love u.. but sorry REST IN PEASCE.. I suggest you better go for mi note 3 b'cse of back side finger print... while on moto g4 plus front side finger print looking ugly..

Its much slimmer as the G3. Also G4 has DDR3 ram, as the G3 had DDR2. So it is quicker with better cpu and gpu too. Cant wait till we get them here in Europe!

I still can't figure out why they would remove band 17 because that is the main LTE band for AT&T. Why would an AT&T customer in the USA buy the phone when it will not get the main LTE band there?

Even if you don't like Moto G, since the 1st generation it has set the standard for other manufacturers to follow in the affordable but good smartphone market. I welcome this 4th generation. In 6 months the price of a basic one with SD617 chipset and FHD screen should be £110. If anyone has shares in Apple they should sell now. By 2020 Apple will be put out of business when these kind of midrange phone have 10 times the power they do now!

Its a great choice in this range of smartphones. I am sorry to say if anyone call it costly, Because its have awesome features.. the plus model 5.5 inch display, 16 mp and 5 mp camera, gorilla glass 3 and one thing that we can't exclude the Fingerprint Sensor.
I am completly satisfied with this smartphone. Great begin for Moto with Lenovo. Congo.

Well done Lenovo, very well done. Microsoft should learn something from Lenovo how to take a fan favorite company further after you acquire it. although a lot may be not too happy with them removing Motorola and adding Lenovo instead, still these phone are truly capable of their top spot among the endless midrangers and low-end phones as much as their predecessors(in this case G4 Play). Yes I wish G4 Play should have been a litle bit narrower and shorter considering it neither has front facing speakers nor capacitive keys, so that height and width are a bit off putting, still i would love to get them as son as they arrive in my country. Definitely the best product announcement this year after Xiaomi Mi5

It's not expensive, if you compare with samsung, LG or sony. But if you compare it with xiaomi it kinda is. with that price range motoro... I mean lenovo must compete with xiaomi redmi note 3 pro that has higher spec and I don't really like the sound of "lenovo moto g4"

What`s all the negativy? Big full hd screen, octacore cpu, enough ram and clean Android Marshmallow. Top that with good cam (Plus model) and you have a superb phone. If one does heavy gaming, he should look phones in difference price class. 5,5" ain`t that bad. Once you get that in hands, you won`t buy any smaller. Good job Lenovo!

If you need a 5.5 inch phone, wait for Moto X Play 2nd generation to arrive in couple of months. It would be priced around 20K INR. If it is out of your budget limit OR you cannot wait for that long, go for G4 Plus. Again don't go for base model of 2GB/16GB. Better go for 3GB/32GB OR 4GB/64GB. The additional cost would be well worth it. People have to credit lenovo for not charging too much for those upgrades.

Come midnight and my order for moto g4 will be placed.
Its good that moto - lenovo came with different options to choose from in ram-rom.
In 2016 this upgrade was required compared to last specs of g3.
Also.no hassle of flash sales like xiaomi etc.
