Lenovo already has the Vibe X and Vibe Z lineup, both of which had no numbers or figures to boast of and resulted in not doing all too well. Perhaps, Lenovo just had to get into the crave of anything 'Z' now, it becomes obvious with so much redundancy, e.g. their recent ZUK branding with ZUK Z1, ZUK Z2 Pro at their disposal. Does it hint us of Lenovo planning to revive the Vibe Z line to release with congruence to the upcoming branding, Moto Z? I don't know but I'll keep my mouth shut and believe so when I see it

All new "features" this year are gimmicky, 3D Touch, edge screen, this modular business... Just pick the one that makes most sense to you. The G5 is a joke though the build quality is really terrible.

This moto z moto mod going to be terrible idea for lenovo. Since you can't change keep parts of phone it would be pointless. Same goes for LG G5 a true modular device would allow changing of cpu, gpu, ram and camera. Since moto z wouldn't be able do this it will become more gimmicky.

Now that Lenovo owns Motorola, the lineup unification was predictible. The lenovo Flagships were the Vibe Z, but also has the Vibe X, S, P ...so the rebranding Vibe Z to Moto Z sounds logic. The best of two worlds ? Maybe...

The batterry was a concern for the outgoing flagship and they just went and made the battery smaller by ridiculously slimming down the phone.

It seems Moto X Force is the last TRUE Motorola phone.

moto x play (2016) or moto z play is nothing like other moto x phones and they are evolving, these phones are slim with new features like quick charge 3.0 and fingerprint scanner. if u cont accept the evolution then you are a fool,
1. rear bump will be filled by MotoMods so that's that. (free MotoMod comes with phone to cover-up)
2. front fingerprint scanner is poor choice of design but its not the end of world so shut up
this phone wont be suffering any heating issue due to new SD625. so accept the evolution or go to hell
