HTC 10, One M9, and One A9 will all get Android N updates

    why are we so exited about N when my phone is yet to receive M. OEM are so slow in updating bug fixes and updates on their OS. google should find a system or a way OEM should comply and update the security patches and updates faster cause this is getting worst. i dont plan on using custom firmware since its a pain, downloading the whole firmware, backing up all the data, installing root access, installing twrp, formate clean your phone, installing the custom firmware.

    when an update of that custom firmware comes out, you have to download the entire firmware again, backup all your data since its not stable, format clean your phone, install the firmware

      Yeah yeah yeah. I'll file this under the "believe it when you see it" category. HTC also promised us Lollipop for the One Mini and that never happened.

          This is nice, HTC! I'm glad that you're more reliable than Samsung in terms of software updates. I still love Sony's updates more though. About after 4 days of the official Android N developer preview release on Nexus devices, Sony followed quickly as well with the Z3

              thanks htc.in last years htc has the best and fastest updates for its devices.i hope that M8/eye and other upper midranges get it too.and wish to htc continue best and fastest updates.thanks htc

                    they should also give update to android N for HTC One M8 ...it's a bit older than 2 years but still it's a flagship and deserves at least 3 major updates .
