My camera has also died immediately following installing a security patch. I think I have tried everything, I even tried to return to a previous version but It says "fused" and it won't let me.

My wife s7 was doing the same exact thing. It's that April 4 security patch they rolled. I on the other hand have been able to get my wife's back up and working again. If anyone wants to know the process let me know I'd be more than happy to help. Again I just done this and as of right now the phone is running fine on the dec 1 2019 security patch

Same problem. Fried my phone after updated on Sat April 11. Phone is nothing more than a paper weight. Lost all picks and vids from 4 years. Nothing could be recovered. My only option was to update to a newer S because I-Phones run on a different OS and it was the only way to save my contacts. Fyi ... insurance means NOTHING ! ! !

After updating my S7 with March 2020 official samsung firmware release, I can definitely confirm that quick charge works only sometimes. I did not have the black screen or reboot issue other in here reported, fortunately.
Also, I noticed that battery is drained 30% faster since. I had to lower screen resolution to safe some power. It is kind of sad, but maybe also a strategy to buy a new phone or had a battery replaced at least. However, who knows what surprise the next update brings.

My phone updated last night and today it will not start up. Just goes to an infinite loop of Samsung logo followed by rising logo. Phone is in perfect condition has worked fine until the update. Spoke with life chat with Verizon and all they could tell me was to use safe mode and clear all data for factory reset.

I got an update on 31-March for my S7 Edge (SM-G935FD). It had "the February 2020 security batch and to fix any issues or bugs also improve system performance". That night I had trouble charging the phone. It worked after trying multiple adapter with multiple wires. It was weird because I have tested all the adapters and wires with my other devices and they did work but sometimes I had to turn off then turn on the wall socket additionally, try different sockets. It was just strange how it randomly does or doesn't charge. Today on 3rd April I woke up and saw that my phone was frozen on the battery pic with an electric sign inside it. I unplugged the charger and it still was frozen, after awhile it turned off by itself. I tried all button combinations to turn it on and put it to charge for 2h. Nothing worked and now b4 I am about to go to sleep while the phone is plugged in it just turned on by itself to the idk what to call which has what says samsung galaxy s7 edge. Then goes to the blue screen where it says installing update for 3sec then show an exclamation mark on that blue screen with the text "no command" then it turns off. That now is just repeating

I update my s7 Edge April 1 2020 while updating it errors and not turn on anymore
