No chances against ZUK Z2 Pro or ZUK Z2, they will be way much cheaper for quality.

On the other hand, I'm hoping for a manufacturer to make a new Nexus 7 with Nvidia Tegra X1, similar to how Asus made it in the past with an older Tegra chip. The only one so far with that chipset is Google themselves with Pixel C

Apparently, this is touted as the first VR ready phone for Google Daydream VR.

I have to agree about the HTC 10 comparison. This design should have been HTC 10. HTC shot themselves in the foot but credit have to be given to ZTE for getting Dolby.

Only issue: I'm still liking LG V10 for its full video manual recording options. If Axon 7 has that, I might consider it but somehow I've yet to see any current flagship that has the removable battery,SD expansion slot and manual video recording in one package. So, perhaps the only reason I might buy this is the price.

Wonder why zte phones never achieve the same popularity like huawei and lenovo?

Great looking phone. Battery is not huge but above average. SD820 can help battery life as well, but the hi res display will likely still be a drain. Need to wait and see how the battery life turns out - this is my number one criterion.

This will make waiting for the Note 7 even harder! Gorgeous phone with all the specs I care about :-)

But I want them to improve battery life more than the amout of RAM. Multitasking is perfect on 4GB already but that can only be achieved with a great software optimization

Not going to happen. ZTE can forget about jumping on the big league bandwagon if they continue with this "we don't care about Android updates" attitude. They need to give better support for existing phones!

Tourettes Guy, 26 May 2016Seriously why do OEMs switch to 6GB RAM? Marketing strategy?probably yes. ram is getting cheaper and why not 6gb? 6gb ram has the ability to eat consumer.
