RAY, 06 Jun 2016but this is there FLAGSHIP tab. they have to make is this a... moreIn the way I agree... they should show off with their flagship, put all they have, charge what it worth... but reality is that people are not prepared to pay as much as it worth for Samsung devices. Ok there might be few people who would, but profit is made by selling quantities not qualities. It is better to sell 10 mln of £229 tablets, than 500 of £529... That said I cannot judge them for releasing reasonably priced and speced product.. even if it doesn't push boundaries... Still better than apple which releases outdated stuff but still charges like for premium device.

Apple doesn't have any spec. they are supplied themself by Samsung, LG, Sony, Foxconn etc... Simply their brand name enables them to sell same sh** for astronomical price. Samsung does have far superior technology, but the problem is that customers expects to buy Samsung tablet for £200-£300 and Samsung has to adapt to this demand. The can release tablet with their state of art 12mp camera and Exynos chipset etc....(and I agree they should, just to prove the point), but nobody will pay £500+ for Samsung tablet, while many would pay for apple even with the spec which is not as good. At the same time I believe Exynos 8890 is overkill for tablet, or the best Samsung camera. this tablet well priced and well equipped for average user and will sell for such price. That said it still have selling point - the best display on the tablet the money can buy.. you guys just crying here and telling what they should release and with what spec.. but if they would release their "all out" tab for £500 you won't buy it...

Linas, 06 Jun 2016Yeah.. found what to compare ... iPad pro is like £50... morebut this is there FLAGSHIP tab. they have to make is this as a FLAGSHIP even it cost more than that. they can charge more money if they use FLAGSHIP specs.

I do agree the spec is not high-end here, but there are pros. and cons. e.g. Samsung display will be the best of it's kind, the rest of the spec will be "sufficient" and very reasonable at the price point.

NO MATTER WHAT SONY AND APPLE MAKES THE BEST TABS ON THE MARKET.. TO ME iPad Pro 9.7 inch is the best tab that money can buy..as Anonymous said HUWAWEI aslo makes amazing tabs... SAMSUNG YOU SHOUD LEARN FROM THEM.. just dont copy feature that we dont care.. just copy some thing usefull.. like apple uses the best specs they got to thire iPad lineup. just copy this feature .. see your market growth..

Huawei,apples,Sony,LG make better tab than you sammy.huawei mediapad m10 and x2 is the best also xperia z3 tab and Apple iPad pro.sammy make same old design with old camera and weak battery.you should learn from huawei.

if Samsung want to resurrect their tablet lineup they should go back to 16:9 and stop being an iPad imitator. Galaxy tab S was the most successful tablet series in history and yet they stop continuing the trend, it's like Samsung hates money or they're just technologically stupid.

Can confirm, it is the SM-T813N, which is the Tab S2 with an alternate CPU. It's been on sale in Europe for over 2 months at least. Looks like the pictured device also.

Tab S3? What on Earth are you guys talking about? The tablet with those specs (Snapdragon 652) and pretty much identical otherwise to the Tab S2 is just a refreshed version of the latter and is already on sale in several markets under the moniker of Tab S2 (SM-T813N).

5.5" Phones have 4000 mah batteries now. Should at least have been 6000 mah.
