I have one of these and it does have GPS. It is a great phone!! I really like it and it works well even here in Australia once you work out how to change all the language options to english.. which was quite simple. It was not network locked when I bought it. Interestingly enough mine is gold in colour around the edge trims and not the silver in all the pictures you see of this phone
