Now Asus Zenfone Max 2GB now obsolete as Nexus7 2012. It is restarting as the obsolete Asus Nexus7 tablet due to lack of memory or pathetically poor memory management. When I opened Google Duo app, the phone lagged severely for 5 minutess and finally restarted. Even when I enable both SIMs, considerable lagging is seen always.
Beware, though Asus has good quality hardware, they add unnecessary apps and utilities with the OS and makes the phone lagging and that is severe with low RAM Zenfones. Now my phone is useless as crap, and can use it for calling only like a simple phone. It is only 2 years since I bought it. I should install a custom android ROM to use my device further.
So always wise to choose smart phones with stock android as seen in Motorola phones. Finally I get rid of my zenfone and bought a moto g5s with abundant 4GB RAM. I'm very happy with my moto g5s. Using my zenfone is time waste due to its lagging. Even the app already opened in the background gets cleared, on opening a new app. The superboost feature provided is utter nonsense and utter crap.

To all who complained on Internal memory getting full and not able to transfer apps to SD Card in Asus ZenFone Max Zc 550kl . Asus technical team says ,Apps canot be shifted to SD Card from Interna l memory in Asus Zenfone Max , as the provision is not given in the upgraded version of Marshmellow ., where as it was with the previous OS LoliPop version . Foolish ness of Asus to remove this facility . They say That Android Co has not provided !!! When a version is improved then the Benifits / facilities available in the previous version should be kept and not removed , causing inconveiniance . Now they say through PC we can shift Apps to Sd Card . But the problem is Apps is not being shown at all . OR They say go to service center and Revert back to Old Lollipop Version . Such a Big Mobile Co Asus Does not know how to do their Job !!! . Even after so many people have complained Asus Is Un Bothered . So Stop Buying ASUS Phones . We should send SMS in Different Media's Like WhatsApp , asking people to Boycott Asus Phones . Even Am facing the same problem since 5 months .My sympathy with others . The very Basic Facility They cant provide . I Hate Asus .

I've got MM and still cannot use the SD card as MM was developed to do. Can't move apps to SD card and now no room internally. Do the newer zenfones have this issue with MM ?
I need to dump this phone and move on.

Overall the performance is fine and the only issue i faced was the inability to mive the apps to sd card. Hope asus tech team will fix it soon.

What is wrong with ASUS Marshmallow update? Cant transfer my apps from internal to SD storage. Im runnin out of memory in my phone. Fix this right away otherwise ill switch to other android phone damn!

I hate marshmallow ,not move app.to sd card .Asus u solve dis problem. My other friend is the problem.download the Google store games apps.install the internal storage ,then move to sd card .is not moving.why? Pls...reply this is u...my cp is zenfone max.version:6.0.1 😖😖😖😭😭😭

I love asus mobiles so much.But now I am hatting this mobile.Because of new update to marshmallow is not allowing to move apps to sd card.

If, in Marshmellow, we are not able to move the apps to SDCard. Then, what's the use of upgrading the OS to Marshmellow.
Kindly come up with such an upgrade where previous functionalities remains intact else it's of no use to upgrade the OS.

When are you gonna update the Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML? because I've been waiting for the update for last months announcement. It was also stated in its specs that it was planned to be updated to marshmallow.? Hope this was true..
