PlayStation 4 'Neo' officially confirmed, but won't be unveiled at E3 2016

The 4K capable PlayStation 4, which has been the subject of rumors and leaks for a while now, has been officially confirmed by Sony. The confirmation came from the president and group CEO of Sony Interactive Entertainment Andrew House.

With a single midrange RX 480 on the board it will step on same rakes as PS4 and Xbox One back at their years.

        Akinaro, 11 Jun 2016oh Sony... your latest ideas should be putted in guinness w... moreMate all of that's well and good, apart from the ps4 comment. The ps4 has been out 3 years come Christmas time so it is time for an .5 update as with every other generation. So this isn't a new thing.

        You can't really expect hardwarw that old to support new VR ideas and 4k content that's really only just emerging now.

        Their strategies over the X phones however, i completely agree with. Awful plan.

          oh Sony... your latest ideas should be putted in guinness world records book, as a one of most retarded ones.

          I know that companies work in different way that people think, but still, Sony for past Year is like company run by kids that talk in different language and are in different countries and they use smoke signals to communicate.

          Dumping Walkman brand and making mess in "Music" player.
          Weird selling region ideas.
          Putting hilarious pricing on some devices(and not only xperia X)
          Removing Stamina... and then putting it back.
          Removing SenseMe system... just because 50% of Beta testers didnt use it(because you hide this damn good feature in playlist so no one even know that its there)
          Making Playstation 4 Neo... just because you realize that PS4 is to weak to run VR games...
          Even if Morpheus project have external hardware to help a bit with it.

          This list is just most known problems with you but its WAY longer... I seriously hope Sony will hit the ground hard and wake up, and Im saying that as a user of Sony product for almost 20 years.
