I've had this phone since Jan. of this year, and it does not fail to impress! It's got very good, snappy performance, premium design materials, and fairly well-thought out UI, although you can't really layer on another launcher. Overall a premium phone for an incredible price—if you want to shell out $800 for a phone, then look elsewhere.

The other brand you mention is present only trough third party and online shoping with what is essentialy "buy and forget" policy.
